Synopsis: Documentary reporting on the serious problem of pillaging artefacts from ancient cultures to feed the international art market, concentrating in particular on one such set of artefacts, the Kankaria Mosaics from Cyprus, Sixth Century Byzantine religious mosaics ripped out of their church and sold illegally after the Turkish invasion of Cyprus. It also considers the relevance and consequence of an Indianapolis court's decision that the mosaics should be returned to Cyprus, with no compensation to the art dealer who bought them.
